There will be a hit song from my collaboration with Sarkodie: stated Efya

The Ghanaian singer Efya has talked about the partnerships that have increased her profile in the music industry.

Popular Ghanaian artist Efya, who has collaborated on more songs than any other artist and has the most features and collaborations overall, stated on Showbiz A-Z on Joy FM that her favourite collaborations are songs she recorded with Sarkodie.

"I've collaborated with around 120 artists. Therefore, whatever work I do with Sarkodie will be the hardest partnership," she said to Kwame Dadzie, the host.

Over the years, Efya has demonstrated exceptional artistic ability in both solo and collaborative music endeavours.

'I'm in Love with You' and 'Saara' by Sarkodie, 'Hold Me Down' by Akwaboah, and 'One of Your Own' by Efya starring Bisa K Dei are just a few of her well-regarded collaborations.

She also restated a comment she had made on Twitter (X) roughly two years prior, suggesting that musicians who hadn't released any of the music on which she had appeared in the previous three years either retake the piece or release it never.

The greatest female vocalist Efya believes that as artists become better at what they do every day and things change over time, songs that were written and recorded more than three years ago need to be carefully updated and adjusted to fit the tastes of modern listeners.

These days, it relies on the microphone you're using. I have some expectations about how things should be. The update is difficult. Once completed, it needs to be maintained.
